Our institute has announced in the academic calendar that students enrolled in our PhD and Master's programs with thesis who will be taking their thesis defense exams must submit the necessary documents to the relevant Department Head by July 31, 2026.

Thesis defense exam documents submitted to the Department Head after this date will not be processed.
