Recognition of Prior Learning Procedures and Principles and Application Process In line with the objective of strengthening the qualifications and quality processes within the scope of the Turkish Qualifications Framework; the document entitled "Recognition of Prior Learning Procedures and Principles", prepared regarding the recognition, credit transfer and placement of students’ learning achieved outside the higher education institution, has been approved by the Senate of our University. Within the framework of these principles; newly enrolled students of our University are required to submit, in person, the FR066- GENERAL STUDENT PETITION FORM to the Graduate School Directorate for the purposes of recognition of learning acquired in areas of personal interest through exemption examinations, recognition of workplace experience through preparation of an evidence portfolio, and recognition of certificates obtained from accredited organisations. Student applications will be received between 20-24 October 2025, and the evaluation will be carried out between 27-31 October 2025.
