* Students who have successfully completed the doctoral qualifying examination must submit their thesis proposal, which includes the purpose, methodology, and study plan of their research, to the Thesis Monitoring Committees within six months at the latest.

* The Doctoral Thesis Proposal Form, after completing the necessary signatures, must be submitted to the relevant Department Head.
