The European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC) has launched the 2026 Call for Expressions of Interest for the Collaborative Doctoral Partnerships (CDP) Programme. The CDP Programme aims to establish strategic partnerships between the JRC and higher education institutions and research institutes across Europe. Through this program, selected institutions will undertake "dual PhD projects" with the JRC, working directly with Commission researchers in the joint design, execution, and consultancy of doctoral processes.
