Prior to any students going abroad, they have to complete an academic recognition sheet (ARS). On this document all of the courses/placement areas that are listed on the learning/training agreement as well as the courses/placements that will be accepted at the end of the mobility. Three copies of these documents are prepared and signed by students, departmental coordinator, faculty coordinator and internship adviser (for placement). One copy is given to the student, departmental coordinator and the International Office. Upon the completion of mobility, the departmental coordinator will complete a return form based on the ARS and present this information to the academic unit management board.
