Kayseri University Graduate School was established under the Rectorate of Kayseri University pursuant to the “Law on Amendments to the Higher Education Law and Certain Laws and Decree Laws,” published in the Official Gazette No. 30425 on 18 May 2018.

Upon its establishment on 18 May 2018 following its separation from Erciyes University, the Graduate School received a transfer of four programs and 57 students from the Erciyes University Institute of Social Sciences: Master’s in Accounting and Financial Management, Master’s in International Trade and Logistics, Master’s in Health Management, and Non-Thesis Master’s in Health Management. Since its establishment as the “Graduate School” under the Rectorate of Kayseri University, and with both transferred and newly launched programs, the Graduate School has continued its activities in 16 departments as of September 2025.

As of the end of the 2024–2025 academic year:

*Number of graduates from thesis-based master’s programs: 187

*Number of graduates from non-thesis master’s programs: 342
