The Turkish-American Cultural Exchange Commission, known as the Turkish Fulbright Educational Commission, supports educational and cultural exchange programs between Turkish and American university graduates, researchers, and scientists. Established in 1949 through a bilateral agreement between the Republic of Türkiye and the United States, the Turkish Fulbright Educational Commission is funded by contributions from both governments. Our commission aims to strengthen mutual understanding and respect between citizens of the Republic of Türkiye and the United States through cultural exchange.

The Hubert H. Humphrey Program is a one-year fellowship program for mid-career managers, planners, or specialists working in public service institutions who possess leadership qualities and are open to professional development. Selected fellows receive support in both academic and professional development. Humphrey Program fellows participate in professional development activities at leading US universities, including professional visits, conferences, training programs, and at least six weeks of internships, in addition to specialized graduate-level study programs.
