Students enrolled in our Institute's Doctoral Program who will submit their Doctoral Thesis Monitoring Committee Reports (DTC) between July and December must:

*They must submit their reports to the Thesis Monitoring Committees within December.

*The Doctoral Thesis Monitoring Committee Report (DTC) Form must be submitted to the relevant Department Head after completing the required signatures.
