Advisors for newly enrolled students in the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year have been assigned through the system. Advisor approval is mandatory for students to successfully complete the course selection process. Therefore, it is important for students to be in contact with their advisors to prevent any potential problems during the process.

Course Registration Process Steps

• Your username is your student number.
• After receiving your student number, you need to click the "Reset Password" button on the screen to log in to the Student Information System.
• To reset your password, you can use either the "Reset with Credentials" or "Reset with Email Address" option.
• After entering the required information and clicking "Reset Password," your password will appear on the screen. You can log in to the system using your Student Number and the password provided on the password reset screen.
• After logging in, you must fill in all the information displayed on the page completely.
  
• Students newly enrolled in the 2025-2026 academic year are required to obtain an ORCID number.
  
• Your email address should be in the format studentnumber@kayseri.edu.tr.
  
• Your email address must be the same email address you used during the application process.
  
• After completely filling in your IBAN, Bank, and Branch information, you can proceed to the course registration section by clicking the Save button.
