The "Procedures and Principles Regarding Justifiable and Valid Reasons" for requests to suspend enrollment have been determined by the decision of our University Senate as follows:
Article 5/2: Students who wish to request a suspension of registration are obliged to submit their application and supporting documents to the Dean's Office, Institute, or Vocational School Directorate to which they are affiliated within twenty (20) working days from the beginning of the semester. Those who do not apply within the specified period will be deemed to have waived their right.
Article 5/3: Requests from students who submit excuses based on justifiable and valid reasons are evaluated and decided upon by the relevant unit management boards within the scope of these procedures and principles.
In accordance with these provisions, students wishing to suspend their enrollment for the Spring semester of the 2025-2026 academic year must submit their applications and supporting documents to the relevant Department Heads.
