* Students who successfully complete the doctoral qualifying exam must submit a thesis proposal, which includes the purpose, methodology, and work plan of their research, to the Thesis Monitoring Committees within six months at the latest.

* The Doctoral Thesis Proposal Form must be submitted to the relevant Department Head after completing the required signatures.
